Xine is the best (and only) zine providing cool new worlds, mods, and advice for the Cortex Prime Roleplaying Game.We're a plucky little artist collective who love Cortex and want to see this game soar to the heights we know it can reach. Our goal for Xine is to make a modest but continuing contribution to the Cortex community by releasing cool new stuff into the Cortex sharing community.It takes a chunk of change to put out Xine: about $1000 per issue. Why so high? Because we pay a fair wage for all of our material and all of the services that make it available to the community. If we can't do this ethically, why do it at all?That price tag is where you and this patreon come in—we need supporters, like-minded Cortex fans who'd like to see more Cortex stuff out in the world. We'd love to make more issues—I'd love to do this monthly!—but that's going to take funds to make sure everybody who works gets paid.If Patreon was our only revenue stream, the numbers would look like this:$84/month funds One Issue a Year$168/month funds Two Issues a Year$334/month funds Quarterly Issues$1000/month funds Monthly Issues!But Patreon isn't our only revenue source—we've also got Ko-fi, itch.io storefront, and direct sponsorships.
